. Thank you Barbara for clearing me up on the hand position rules concerning the steering wheel position. I had no idea that they had changed from 10/4 to 9/3. I tried the new position today and it doesnt appear to be much different but being the honest law abiding citizen that I am, well i am using the new one. Between that and the new handsfree well I will be just like a new driver.

Damn Chuy…….You mean the thumbs at the bottom of the wheel aren’t allowed anymore…..due to all the damage in my hands from arthur attacks, if I keep fingers wrapped around that steering wheel very long.I’ll have to pry ’em off with a crowbar or something……It’s hell to get old…. JB

Now that is what I read somewhere but it makes sense. I assume you meant 10/2 rather than 10/4. TV shows still say 10/2 all the time. I should check a driver’s ed book!!
