Would neutering be a condition that should be required to be in the contract of each professional athelete?..It appears that once again an athelete is being questioned about nefarious behavior.  Whether he is innocent or guilty the damage has been done simply because he was mentioned in the news story.  I am just thinking that if the atheletes were neutered prior to beginning their professional careers there could be some positive results.  They could keep their minds on their job.  They could bulk up.  Thats just to mention a couple of things.
